This class is not for those completely new to Pilates being remote- corrections/ adaptations are more limited but still provided as able Can attend as many as you like Mon 5&6Pm & tue 10am just need to inform instructor

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before appointment. Appointments can also be rescheduled if availability allows. To access the property you must be able to independently navigate our cobble path and a short flight of 4 steps. We can also offer step free access to our therapy room via our garden across the lawn. The booking details are kept for data policy purposes. The details are kept on Wix Platform. At any Point should you wish to withdraw all details please let the Physiotherapist know.
