Background:

​

I have worked for NHS GRAMPIAN as a Senior Physiotherapist for 9 years. 

I graduated from Robert Gordon University in 2017 ( Bsc with Hons).​

I am also a qualified Sports first aider & Sports Masseur (Level 3). ​​

I have been very fortunate to work in a very wide range of settings and specialities- providing me with a broad Physiotherapy skill set and many tools to my therapeutic quiver! 

 

After my Hospital rotations & Private Practice work (Including sports team support) - I have worked in various Musculoskeletal settings and can treat various conditions:

- Sports/Activity Rehabilitation

- Orthopaedics

- Musculoskeletal

- Deep understanding in Chronic Pain and Long term conditions such as Rheumatological ones​

Special interest in:

​

- Pelvic Dysfunction (Woman's Health) and Obstetrics (Pregnancy)

- Hypermobile Spectrum Disorder (HSD)/ Hypermobile EDS (Heds)

- Sports Rehabilitation and Orthopaedics Rehabilitation

I offer 1:1 in Drumlithie in a "feel at home clinic";

​

​I feel very fortunate to have gained so much experience allowing me to help and support many patients. I will be very transparent if I do not feel like the best practitioner to support you with your problem & will endeavour to direct you to the correct place.

I have availabilities on Monday's, Tuesday's & Friday's. I also offer weekend where I can. Please contact me directly with your Physiotherapy enquiry and to arrange an appointment.

I  am a sole worker and therefore cannot provide a chaperone- however you are most welcome to bring someone with you to the appointment.  

If you have a cat allergy I may not be the best practice for you- although the clinic is kept to the best standards of hygiene Bowie the cat enjoys visiting that room.
