Next week 16.02 Kick starts Block 2 of 2026

6 weeks block finishing and week of the 23rd of March inclusive.

Monday:

- 5PM & 6PM is full but Waiting list is opened for following block ( message direct)

- Both classes are available Virtually! (£36 & PAYG £9)

Tuesday:

Availabilities for all Tuesday classes via block booking or Pay As You Go ( PAYG)

- 10Am Mummy and me £45/£9 PAYG class this block will finish with a social cuppa and opportunity to socialise (and talk woman health if you fancy!)

- 11Am 65+ Pilates £36/£6PAYG music down memory lane & class involves social cuppa at the end ( and talk woman health if you fancy!)

- 12PM Lunch Matwork £54/£9PAYG ( also available Virtually!)
