This event will be relaxing mobility flow class. It will focus on stretching from head to toe followed by some breath work. We will be guided by relaxing music & lighting. The festive season is always hectic and a time to breath is often most welcomed by both mind & body!

What to Bring with you on the night:
1) Your Pilates Matt
2) A small blanket for the relaxation
3) A pillow
If you are not yet an Anna Does Pilates member class attender- please let me know if you have any medical conditions or allergies of note 🤗
Please note I will be using a dehumidifier with herbal essence on the night 🕯️
