Service Description

Please see block booking for ease of booking, Pilates Class led by trained Pilates and Physiotherapist ( in Pelvic Health!) Come and reconnect with your postnatal body as well as have fun with your baby and other mums & let's talk Pelvic Health ❤️ Your little munchkins can join in with exercises and Pilates games if they fancy it, or stick to traditional matwork with crops if they don't! 😊 Drumlithie Village Hall is spacious & well set up to give everyone room to roam, and we welcome tiny tornados from 0-20 months (depending on toddler readiness!) 🤸‍♀️ All mum's welcome from 3 months Post-Partum- with or without specific rehab needs & with or without previous Pilates experience. Feel free to arrive 10 minutes before class to get set up,Just knock at the door as I will keep it closed for keeping the heat in! We will make this exercise class 35 minutes to give us time for a cuppa and some socialising at the end and address any Post Natal questions you may want to discuss ❤️ Check with your Doctor if unsure when to start or get in touch to discuss ✨ Please bear in mind baby remains your responsibility through the class. Likewise if opting to use some of the village hall toys.

Cancellation Policy

Pay as You Go: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before class. Block Booking: 50% refund if booking cancelled up to 72Hrs before block starts. Please email for this. Unfortunately we will not be able to provide refund for class missed during the block period. Bring you own Matt & Head support (towel/pillow or small Yoga block). Non slip socks are also recommended for safety. You must be able to go on and off the floor independently & be medically fit to attend the class. The booking details are kept for data policy purposes & will not be used outwith of the class. The details are kept on Wix Platform. At any Point should you wish to withdraw all details let the instructor know. Mummy &. Me Class: Your baby/toddler remains your responsibility & the instructor is not liable for any accidents in the class - toys are available in the hall but are used at your own discretion.
